Hello,
Recently diagnosed based on symptoms and fluorescein stain (no ulcers thankfully). After home care failed, I was put on Xiidra and have had minimal improvement over the last month. I'm doing a lot of OTC care as well. Wondering if you think more advanced eye diagnostics are worth pursuing and if they made a difference in your course of treatment. (Autoimmune labs negative 6mos ago).
