My MD ordered Miebo tears. I was also a patient that used restasis eyedrops, did not find them particularly helpful. I also had eyedrops made out of my own blood. I think the best part was learning to refrigerate my eye drops. Currently, I just use single vial refresh plus drops, almost always cold and refrigerated when I can. Warm compress helps also. Would love to hear anyone’s experience with Miebo tears. I looked at the article written by Dr. B from this website (under her blog) and it seems the study is somewhat intentionally misleading.
