Mucus build up on one eye, despite the Plugs are helping

My left eye is often slightly red and has mucus buildup throughout the day.
My right eye is doing well, there is no redness and minimal mucus buildup, but not
annoying.
I have been cleaning my eyelids for 1,5 months with Bephasol and it got a bit better.
The next step for me is to try Posiforlid eye drops, for unspecific eye irritation.
Or should I plug all for ducts of my left eye?
