I always thought Janine Turner was kinda' cute ... and she did the Restasis commercials ... claiming to have DES herself.

We almost had our own spokesmodel of sorts once upon a time. We had a member here back in the early days... egad, I'm having a senior moment and can't recall her name. She was an actress in LA with really bad post LASIK dry eye. She had an opportunity to audition to be Janine Turner's replacement in the Restasis ads.

Wasn't there a well-known football player with us for awhile also? Or another well known sports person? As you can see, I'm having a blond moment, but, oh well, it happens!

Kyle was our actress. We had our friend Nick as well...untkicker. Our little brush with fame.

Now ... I dunno anything ... and I mean /anything/ about sports, but ... I think that's about as good as it gets.

Heck, I've think Dr. Latkany is a real cutie..have you seen his picture? Imagine that, a Dry Eye Specialist AND a handsome guy to boot!! What more can we ask for! PS..........The radio interview was fabulous. ..thanks for posting it.
