Anyway, I wanted to update my elestat attempt for anyone who may be interested in giving it a try.
Today it's my fifth day and I can say without a doubt it has helped me A LOT; I have no objective evidence, no schirmer to support it but my relieved symptoms are real. These last 5 days my eyes are different, burn so lightly compared to usual, even though Im doing same things (e.g. computer) in the same environments. I even had moments in which I could completely forget about my eyes problem.
Now with tomorrow Ill suspend elestat and Ill try the most similar to epinastine oral antihistamine (fexofenadine, telfast) to verify whether it keeps the good effects allowing me to avoid BAK as well.
