Anybody tried Eloisin?

Hey,

I just wanted to know whether anybody ever tried Eloisin drops (Eledoisin, Alcon-Cusi from Spain which is supposed to increase the tear production)?
I'm thinking about ordering it from the international pharmacy and as I haven't found anything on this site about it, I just wanted to know what you think of the product...

They were from the early 90's though, so there must be more to the story. Perhaps it is known by another name?

okay,so nobody seems to have tried Eloisin. I'll give it a try this summer and ask some of my friends who are going to Spain to buy it for me. I'll let you know about the results.

I also asked my doctor about it yesterday and he said it was definately worth trying when you don't have enough tears.

Have you found these eye drops? I,m ( posting this in 2015) and i couldn,t find any ,only studies about them...i would have liked to know more about them...
