Hey what medicine do you use for allergies that wouldn't effect your dry eyes?

My doctor told me Allegra. Do you know any type allergy pills wouldnt effect drying your eyes? Thanks

I have found that you need to stay away from decongestants - they really dehydrate you and make your dry eye worse. For example, I have used Allegra D and it was bad news for my dry eye, Allegra was okay for me.

That was my experience, but we are all different.

Allergies Meds

I use Sudafed non drying formula. It works real good, and it's over the counter.
