Whats the difference between eye glass chambers and tranquileyes?

Assuming you mean moisture chambers, Tranquileyes could be thought of as a form of moisture chamber. However, that term is normally used for actual eyeglasses or sunglasses designed to keep in moisture. Tranquileyes are opaque, i.e. you cannot see through them. They are designed for use while resting.
