can someone tell me if dry eye causes ghost vision thank you.

Yes, it can. I have severe dry eye after lasik surgery and the ghosting and other visual problems are defintely worse when my eyes are very dry. If you put in lubricating eye drops and the ghosting gets better, that's a pretty good indicator.
