Thanks for your post. Since I wore contacts for so many years without a problem I am just going to see how it goes for a year or so with them off. I do not have any autoimmune disease and yet I still have only a schirmer of 2. Anyway, I am not totally neurotrophic b/c i did the q-tip test.
