  • Rosecea Question

    Hey everyone,

As I probably mentioned before I am having a really hard time dealing with my dry eye. However, I stopped crying and am now getting my life back on track. I have a question for everyone. Would constant crying cause Rosecea? I noticed that my face is redder and dryer lately. I don't know whether its rosecea or that I am just all swollen and tired from crying.

I was never a person who flushed at anything so I find it hard to think it was rosecea.

    Thank you

crying will not cause rosacea, but being upset and stressed may trigger an episode. rosacea is a vacular condition.

That's very true. Emotional stress is nearly at the top of the list for rosacea triggers. Triggers are stimuli which cause a flare-up. They do not however cause the disease.
