Does anyone know if biotears is just as good as taking regular fish oil tablets in regards to non dry eye related symptoms. i recently read how great fish oil is for things like blood pressure, alzheimers, depression, immune system and more. should i switch from biotears to regular fish oil if i want all these benefits?
