Eyelid massages?

Could anyone give me some tips on eyelid massages. I did a search on it but can barely find anything that can show me how to do a proper eye massage.

Any info on this I would appreciate very much.

There have been a ton of discussions on this, some of which have been in thread you have started I think. There are several methods.

Other than spending more time reading here, or ask your doctor, my suggestion would be to get Dr. Latkany's book and read the chapter on the Home Eye Spa. It has diagrams and nice descriptions.

Yea I sign up for that. But the book wont get here until 2 to 3 weeks. I read a few topics on massages that I could find and I try them but i'm not sure if im doing them correctly. It didn't feel like it was working.
