Dr. ******s/book - anyone seeing him?

All, I found that there is another book on dry eye besides Dr. Latkany's - it is by Dr. Stephen ******s in Tampa, FL. Has anyone been to him or know anything about him. I am considering trying to see either ******s or Dr. Latkany and thought it might be easier for me to get to Tampa from the mid-west than to NYC.

Does anyone know of a good dry eye specialist in the MO, KS area? I am seeing the head of KU Medical's eye center but do not feel that this is his speciality.
