    I have been using Genteel Gel at Bedtime and the moisture glasses

    Also using DHEA 25 mg once daily , lots of good nutrients

    I have found that using a computer with out blinking can cause eye pain so I use a lowered monitor with tilted screen

    Day time I use Soothe eye drops.

    Also Omega 3-6-9 3 times a day not cured but helps the symptoms

    Carol, I do the same. Lowered my screen considerably and try to blink more. Fish oil as well. It seems to help.

    How is your experience with the moisture goggles at night? My eyes look pretty average and feel clammy usually, first thing in the morning.

      Carol, careful with Omega 3... if you take too much they can act as blood thinner.
