Can long term use of antibiotics have any negative effect on dry eye ?
I have been taking trimethoprim since ceasing a course of isotretinoin 6 months ago.
I'm almost 100% certain the isotretinoin caused the initial dry eye but am wondering if this antibiotic may be a contributing factor ?
