This might sound kind of weird, but do any ladies feel like your dry eye fluctuates with your menstrual cycle? I have MGD, and for the past 4 months, my eyes always felt better during my period, and at its worst about a week before my period.

Is this coincidence, or does anyone else experience the same thing?

Absolutely, if I cam make it through a cycle without an erosion, I feel like I am in the clear for weeks afterwards.
