Can lid scrub double up as eye makeup remover?

I was wondering, can the Ocusoft lid scrub foam double up as eye makeup remover? I noticed that Ocusoft also sells eye makeup remover, so I'm not sure if I should or need to buy both products.

Can I get some opinions on this from the ladies please? Thanks in advance!

Hello odydnas! I use very very diluted Johnson's baby shampoo to remove my eye makeup at night and in the morning use this again in the shower to wash my face prior to using the Ocusoft lid scrub foam... The baby shampoo does not burn your eyes either which is a wonderful thing... Just my two cents. Judy
