Another drug?

I was doing some browsing and found this article abstract about a drug of interest that may be in Phase 3 clinical trials. I don't see it on the clinical trial roster...if it is a distinct drug, perhaps it should be? (I may not be recognizing the name...perhaps this is the same as Civamide?)

I corrected the original post .. now it includes the link! The new compound is called ISA-247/LX-211 in the abstract...
