  • does going to bed at bad hrs effect dry eyes?

Like for example can going to bed at 5 am - 1pm be bad for the eyes. It seems when i goto bed at 10 pm, my eyes feel better.

    Does anyone notice this?

    Yes..

By studying the body, scientists have found that between the hours of 11pm-3am, your liver and other organs go to work at repairing or rejuvenating your body's cells......which could be why your eyes feel better when you go to bed. also, they have found that for every hour after 12am or midnight, it takes two additional hours to make up for that time that you were not sleeping..... does that make sense?
