  • Subconjunctival Steriod Injections

It feels like the inflammation in my right eye (which has always been the most problematic) has gone below the surface of my conjunctiva, due to ongoing conjunctival inflammation from mucous deficiency. However, I can't find a doctor who is willing to give me a steroid injection and nothing else alleviates the pain.

Has anyone had a subconjunctival steroid injection and did it help?

    Thanks

    Helen

I wouldn't do it....I wouldn't want anyone poking a needle into my eye.
