Question for the Ladies

I have been charting my dry eye for my doctor for 4 months. I just discovered that the 7 days before and first day of my period are by far the most unbearable days. By third day of my period I can count on at least a very good week. Has anyone else noticed a pre-menstrual component to this? I am 51 and menopause should be done soon.

I've tracked every detail in the same way you have for probably three months and found no correlation to anything.

I have noticed a gradual worsening of my DES as I progress through perimenopause, but I can't say there is any cyclical relationship. Of course, cycles are all over the place so maybe it is just too hard for me to tell.
