I can have quite comfortable eyes as far as dryness and have a bad inflammation day just the same. Are the issues connected? Do I need to do something different for the inflammation? Once it gets going it is very, very hard to resolve for me. 9 days of steroid drops and I was actually worse when I got this in February. I seem to be starting another round of inflammation even though my eyes are not very dry right now.
