  • PanOptx Help

I recently washed my panoptx sunglasses as the directions indicated (dip in water, wipe with panoptx cloth, let dry). Now my glasses have water spots on them that will not come out. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas how to fix the glasses - they are new!

    Thanks!

Those scratch-free cloths that come with Panoptx don't do the complete job, but don't worry.

Get some glasses-cleaner (they sell types that won't harm lenses or anti-reflective coatings). Take out the foam liner, dip the glasses in water (that's to remove any larger dust particles), then spray both sides of the lenses with the cleaner. Wipe gently until dry using a soft cotton cloth (I use an old pair of underwear---much to the humor of my family members). Then, use the Panoptx cloth for the final buffing.

    Hope that helps.
