Return policy on DEZ merchandise

I Just bought some onion goggles from DEZ. Unfortunately they do not fit. What is the return policy on DEZ merchandise?

Eyewear can all be returned for refund or exchange as long as it is unused and in perfect condition for resale. Before returning anything please get a return form and preauth number. You can do that by emailing service@dryeyeshop.com or phoning 877-693-7939.

Sorry, I see your private message now, but it is more practical for customer service inquiries to be directed to the company email or phone rather than me personally to make sure we get to them promptly as I am often not able to get to my personal messages quickly.
