now they are back inflamed again. I just returned from a 2 week trip to the Caribbean and now my eyes look like hell. They were fine the whole trip, but now back in the house they are red and inflamed. I don't know what to do now.

I totally know how you feel.
Have you thought about allergies? My eyes look similar to yours and Dr.Latkany says I have ocular rosacea - my eyes react to something I'm allergic to (e.g. food, pollen, shampoo, stuff like that). Maybe you should get tested on that.
But when you say you were on holiday, I'd advise you to get a chlamydia test. I always get chlamydia infections in my eyes after holidays at the beach + pool.

I would put money on allergies to something in the house or that you have mold or some chemical there. Get a specialist out to test. My eyes look like that if I go anywhere where there has been a cat in the last few years.
