Oh my God! - I was better off ignorant (ignorance is bliss - no kidding) before I read your description of erosions. No wonder you are discouraged at times.
Whe I was first diagnosed with SS, (blurry vision and practically blinded by daylight were my first symptoms which literraly happened overnight with no warning) I was told my eyes including my corneas were extremely dry. Yet, nothing like you described happened to me.
Now, my corneas are fine but the white parts are still dry despite all the junk I put in during the day and night - I am not complaining - I feel lucky when I read some of the posts.
I really hope this erosion thing NEVER happens to you again - just reading about it was painful.
