Just a note - not picking on you, Kim, just an FYI as I am moving this to the Open Forum.

The "Dry Eye Polls" forum is for posting polls, using the poll feature to ask a question with a series of fixed replies users can choose from. For questions where you just want to get replies with explanations. please post them in the Open Forum. Threads in the open forum are eventually relocated to the appropriate topical archive folder. If they are very popular threads, they can be "stuck" for future use/reference.
