Creasing of conjunctiva

Hi all, again!
When I look in the mirror and move my eyes left & right, the white of my eyes nearest to the nose creases up for a few seconds and then flattens again.
Is this due to the dryness or anyone think it might be Chalasis?

I also have this, and I have MGD/blepharitis, It is worse in my right eye..... don't know if its normal or because of the dryness.
