        I tried Hyabak in France, but hmm..didn't really like it. I like Hylocomod better.

          That is interesting because both products contain the same ingredients, HA 0.15%. Many find the Hyabak easier to use especially patients with arthritis.

            Is this a high molecular weight sodium hyaluronate or more like Blink? The molecular weigh of the sodium hyaluronate makes a difference in how the product reacts on the ocular surface.

              Yes it is a high molecular weight and you are correct in saying it makes a big difference.

                  The comfort of drops is some studies where ingrediants appear to be the same has to to do with their Ph and osmolarity levels.
