I've been using the above drops for a while, and I understand they have a high concentration sodium hyaluronate in, which is the active ingredient. Then I read a thread from a while ago which seems to indicate some drops in the past with this ingredient also contained phosphates which were a potential hazard to the cornea:

Does anyone know if Clinitas Soothe drops would also have this risk?

These drops contain 0.4% sodium hyaluronate which is quite high. I was not aware of any dangers but I will read the article anyway. I did buy these drops but didn't get on with them at all - they seemed to irritate my eyelids and leave some kind of residue on them. My eyelashes are becoming noticably more sparse and I don't think the drops were helping - nor did they give the relief I expected. Are you getting on with them OK?

Thanks for pointing out the article!
