Scleral lens wear time

Hi all , just to create a topic where all Prose or scleral users can told us their wear time. It will be much apprectiated to know if Sclerals can ben wear 16 hours / day for most patients with it.

My next step is sclerals lenses so i m interested in those numbers of hours.

I wear my lenses 12 hours a day. I usually take them out to clean once or twice if I am getting a lot of debris

I wore my PROSE lenses about 14 hours a day for about two years. My eyes have changed, I need to have new lenses fitted now. I don't have a PROSE clinic near me where I live now so I am going to try Jupiter lenses. I am hoping I can get as good a fit as I had with my PROSE and be able to wear them as long.

I can wear my lenses for up to 16 hours, but once that is reached my eyes begin to burn and feel gritty.
