Hi
I have had dreadful dry eye issues this year after some form of chemical exposure. I have tried scleral lenses that were created using corneal topography. The right lens works pretty well but the left is virtually useless. I have had three goes at fitting a left lens and am now working with an optometrist that is trying to get a fitting set in with lenses over 20mm. The current set is 18.5. He is suggesting trying a 25mm lens. Has anyone had any success with larger scleral lenses?
