  • easy way to detect bubbles?

I wear scleral lenses, and occasionally I will get a bubble that I'm not aware of until it's caused discomfort. Do people have favorite ways of detecting a bubble after inserting the lenses? I'm wondering if a flashlight shining from the side might illuminate one in a way that makes it easy to see.

Yes, flashlight is the easiest way. I just use my iPhone's flashlight; the brightness is adjustable but you don't need much power. You should see the bubble right away.

A bit late but I use an LED penlight and a magnifying mirror. I OFTEN get bubbles when I insert my lenses and don’t know why so I check every time.
