My mailbox went bye-bye??

In the last two days (+/-), there is no indication (under the Welcome, neil0502 heading) that my "private message" functionality still exists.

Did something change?? I logged out, back in, closed the browser, cleared the cache, cleared cookies, baked cookies, but ... nut'n.
