  • Acsess to "Articles"

    Hi.
I can't get acsess to "Articles". When I try I get a bulletin message telling I have no permission to acsess this page, telling....:

This could be due to several reasons:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
    2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation

    How do I get acsess?

Hi Bjornar ~ I've been registered 5y and get the same so I've always thought there's nothing there. 'Advanced search' is great though. Also we can click on someone's name and get their whole history in 'View Forum Posts' and 'View Profile', which has been important for finding patients with similar conditions. There's a 'tag cloud' at the bottom but I often forget to use it.

Rebecca's newsfeed blogs 'Keratoscoop' and http://dryeyedigest.blogspot.co.uk/ are great though, more use than lists of articles. http://www.dryeyezone.com/ has good summary articles too. Anything more than that, for medical literature and current thinking, I use PubMed and Medscape searches. Google Scholar Alert used to be good but I think it's gone. Google Alert isn't bad if we choose keywords carefully. Dryeyezone is also on Facebook and Twitter @DryEyeZone.
