Private Messaging Rebecca

I just tried to PM Rebecca but I got the following error message ....

Rebecca Petris has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

Can someone let me know what to do or does Rebecca need to do something to clear some space ?
