Tear film floaters - advice needed

Hello. I've been diagnosed with dry eyes that my doctor thinks is due to breadtfeeding. My biggest problem is floating debris in my tear film that I can't get rid of. I've been using drops for two weeks but the 'floaters' remain. I've been checked out at the hospital who have confirmed the floaters...
