Salicylic acid & alpha hydroxy acid.. what can we use for acne to not hurt our eyes?

are these products safe for dry eye? can anyone recommend prodcuts for acne safe for dry eye?? my derm is no help

Jenny, I don't know if you have rosacea, but I do and I find any products with AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) are very irritating to my skin. I don't seem to have a problem with BHA though. But with rosacea every individual is different! As for whether they are 'safe' for dry eye or not, I really don't know, sorry.

BHA is Beta Hydroxy Acid - of which salicylic acid is a type.
