can milk of magnesia or miralax worsen dry eye??/

i took milk of magnesia last night -needed to.. anyway botheyes are so ext dry today.. not sure if its just from sjogrens..or the milk of magnesia-cause it draws water out right??

can anyone offer any insight maybe from personal experience??
