I am having a tough time with the whole dry eye thing and my doctor has prescribed citalopram. I did ask her whether it would affect my dry eye, she seemed to think it wouldn't as one side-effect is excess salivation. Does anyone know if this drug does affect dry eye?

Yes this is probally what pushed me in to severe dry eye. Others have said it didnt effect them though. so be carefull.I healed my dry eye with nutrition and detoxification.
