CT scan

does CT scan have side-effect on eyes? will it worsen DES? anyone knows? Thanks~

A CT scan study will deliver radiation to the area being studied but not enough to cause damage and certainly not cause or worsen dry eye. There is a small risk of allergic reaction to intravenous contrast if it being used to enhance the study.
