I'm trying to pinpoint the cause of my red eyes, the last months I have got more 'good days' than usual and it's going forward.
But many of these good days lead to minor Corneal Erosion during the day which I rarely got before...
And this is kinda annoying. What is the cause of this? Anyone else experience it?
I know that allergy (inflammation too?) cause watery eyes, is it possible that when I control the allergy/inflammation my eyes suddenly get dry?
I guess the solution is tear substitute in my pocket the entire day...
