SJS mouth and skin drawbacks.

I've had SJS on 2006, and I was always concerned about fixing my eye problems because they are the biggest.
But I was planning to go to the US to look for the options I have there, and I really would like to find a solution for the skin colors left because of the bullae, as well as my lips.
I dunno how to describe whats wrong with my lips but I uploaded a photo of my lips..I really want to know if any of you experienced the same and if there is any good dermatologist you know around Queens, NY.
