Am I out of options?

I feel like i'm out of options atm. I have tried everything I know of for dry eyes and they have gone from tolerable/ controlled 2 years ago to intolerable now. My main concern is my right eye which has devoloped a swollen top eyelid for over 6 months now which I think may be causing that eye to be much worse more painful, red, blurry and it gets a lot more stringy discharge than the other one, it looks like swollen glands but nothing has helped unplug them at all, recently tried intraductal probing which I thought would help. is there atleast some surgery or steroid drops to make the eyelid not hang so low? Have been to many opths.


I've tried so far:
Most OTC eyedrops
Warm Compresses/ Lid cleaning
Hychor Ointment
Plugs
Intraductal Probing
Restasis
IPL
FML Drops
Moisture chambers
Oral antibiotics

I don't know that either of these will help you but it can't hurt to try cold compresses (try organic green tea bags, the caffeine can help with inflammation) and serum drops.
