Jenny I have been on several flights lately. I found them very strict about liquids in general (there were tubs full of stuff they had confiscated - amazing how many people stood around and argued with them despite all the signs) but no problem at all with my drops. The restriction is no more than 4 oz. I had all my eye gear (drops, Unisol, etc) in a ziplock bag in my purse. I had it swabbed for trace explosives once. I think though that if it looks like, say, contact lens supplies, they will ignore it up to that 4 oz. mark.

      my trip

I didn't have any problems with my eyedrops.
They did take away my Carmex (chapped lips) tube. Interestingly enough, my son had a screwdriver with him in his backpack with his homework (tech ed project) and they let him take that on board. Last trip I took, they took away finger nail clippers because it had a little 1.5 inch 'blade' that could be used as a weapon!! But a screwdriver can't???
