Serum Sterility - How Careful?

So, a couple times I accidentially touched my eyelashes with my 100% serum drop bottle. I also may have touched my finger on the tip of the vial once as well.

I'm trying to be very careful but it's very difficult to NEVER make a mistake and touch the top of the vial on something.

If I goof, do I need to throw the bottle out? These drops are precious (given what it takes to get them). I'm trying my hardest but it's hard. Worried about sterility vs. infection.

I just use them up because they don't last that long and they are kept in the fridge, you probably get more germs in your eyes from dust and crud floating around in the air...F/G
