Check the return policy of the individual vendor. Sometimes they'll accept returns assuming it's not used and can be resold. In our shop we do exchanges of Panoptx & Wiley at no charge (except shipping) and straight returns for $15 restocking fee, because a lot of our customers don't live within 100 miles of a dealer that stocks this kind of eyewear.

I see that ZenniOptical only offers polycarbonate lenses.

Folks who prefer more lens material options might try: http://www.theyedoctor.com

They offer CR-39 plastic, high index 1.6, 1.67, 1.74, and trivex

I have ordered 3 or 4 pairs from them over the years, and have had no problems correcting errors, payment, billing, etc. They're prices aren't as cheap as ZenniOptical, but they carry name-brand higher quality frames.

For complex prescriptions, like progressives and high astigmatism, minus lenses, I still think it's better to get fitted at a local optical shop and lab. How the frame sits on your face makes a big difference in the pupillary distance and segment height measurements. Mail order companies just use an "average" number, and you may not be happy with the results.

These sites let you upload a photo and place the glasses on your virtual face - I have 3 pairs - they are not sunglasses - they are regular glasses with atint and no prescription
