Since my Panoptyx Scirroco's keep fogging up, I figured I'd roll the dice and just order the Wiley-X SG1's off of ebay for $65. I don't know how they will fit, so it's obviously a bit of a gamble, but since my Panoptyx Scirocco's have been a bust (due to fogging and peripheral vision obstruction), I felt like trying the Wiley X made some sense. If they don't work, I'll just put them alongside all of the drops and Panoptyx that I have tried that have failed.
Here's the descripton of the Wiley-X ... "This set comes complete with all accessories, which include: 1 SG-1 frames with removeable temples, 1 set of SG-1 POLARIZED lenses, 1 set of clear SG 1 lenses, 1 elastic goggle strap, 1 neck strap, and carrying case. These glasses are brand new, genuine Wiley X and have never been worn."

...and then take it off...
), hopefully the wiley xl-1 for daytime sunglass/driving since they have more of a sunglass look, and finally I will continue investigating custom made moisture chamber glasses for indoor/office use.
The Wiley X does come with removable arms and you can put on the elastic piece instead so they are like real goggles. I got them for horse back riding so I wouldn't have to push them up my nose. I just got a pair of nonprescription light lens Panoptx from a motorcycle parts salesman on e-bay. They are great for reading, as I am nearsighted and don't need glasses for reading. I seemed to be in a slight bidding war with someone else (another DES sufferer, I figured) but they were still $60. If I could only buy one pair, it would be the Panoptx, because I seem to need a close fit and no vents.
