Mine normally stays on. I normally sleep on my back though. If I sleep on my side or am moving around a lot it'll come off.

Mine very rarely come off and I am a tosser and turner - another one of my unpleasant habits revealed.

As for the shawl, I suggest you use it to try your hands together to stop you from pulling the goggles off while you sleep.

It is a challenging thing to try and get used to wearing them, I don't have any problem with them at all now.

How about a pair of handcuffs? That would keep your hands off.

NOTE-This is a joke. Do not really try this.
